Thinking about how I can use my drawings for food packaging (fish). In other words I am trying to use Hastings as a basis of these drawings as it is where I am from and I acknowledge how much of a ‘fishy’ town it is.
I will be developing this work further to construct some functional packaging for a type of fish. Examples could be; a slither of salmon, fish fingers, crab sticks, or chunks of cod.
I was asked by Karlton Phillips (AKA CancelOuse), a music producer/DJ currently in Hastings, to design an online promotional poster for him. The specific was to illustrate a younger photo of him using a digital medium.
I intended on presented a variety of images, and although the final has not been decided as of now, I believe the images I have created have made me understand more about digital illustration.

I am happy with the outcomes of this project, it has taught me how work to a specific brief and how to make decisions when creating an image to suit the purpose of that brief.
